My husband and I are foodies and enjoy eating in new and different restaurants. We saw this establishment open and decided to give it a chance. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress took our drink orders, appetizer and entrees at once. We did not think much of it as there was a very large party next to us who were already eating (beyond rowdy, by the way). The waitress repeated the order. I requested a passion fruit margarita with sugar on the rim… and a glass of water. My drink came out wrong. I returned it and it took over 20 minutes to get the correct one and must say someone must have been upset because the second one had no garnish. The appetizer (ceviche) never arrived. We got our food 45 mins to an hour later. My calzone was OK; rather small, the dough had very good taste, however, it had no bacon and nearly absent chicken found for a $20 carbonara. My husband ordered the stuffed chicken breast with guava sauce and rice. He had a taste of the chicken and told me that it was chewy; I tasted it and it was a rock… raw. We let the waitress know… she offered to redo the plate but by then we had been there over an hour and well… something about tasting raw chicken… yuck. We asked her to take the plate and she did. When we got the bill, my husband’s food was charged. I objected to it and the guy doing the check out went to the kitchen, to cross facts??? He was gone for a minute… he then came back to lecture us about not keeping food we are not going to eat? What? Didn't you see us wait an hour for raw chicken? What makes you think Im going to wait more time for yet another crappy plate? Plus, yes, we returned the plate!!! You just don’t throw a frozen chicken breast into the oven and hope for the best. My husband was so upset at this guy’s lecture that he just put his credit card to check out and leave. We are adults and we went to your restaurant to give you business not a lecture about returning bad food and expecting not to pay for it. The lecturer started “Just so you know, next time…”. There will be NO next time on my dime Pal. Good luck competing with the array of awesome restaurants in the area. Read moreOne of the best place my family and I have eaten at. My churrasco was well cooked, there was zero left on plate when I was done. I liked the house Sangria (a bit loaded which works for me). My wife loved the chicken parmesan and the passion fruit juice was natural. The waitress was very nice, pleasant and accommodating. A place to come back to for sure. I have to give it 5 stars because I liked everything about it. Hope cook...
Read moreQuickly greeted and seated. Order 3 drinks to be served with the food, but were brought well before. Place not busy at arrival, waited around 1 hour 15 for the food, the chicken that came with the mofongo was overcooked, the meat lasanga tasted good but had more pasta than meat. Staff was very friendly, but needs to organized themselves to bring a better service. Give it 3 star for the...
