Subway — Restaurant in San Jose

I go to this Subway or the one on Serra Way, though lately I think I'll hit this one up more (unfortunately the Serra Way location has an employee who consistently has bad BO).

It is not too busy during lunch time even with the foot traffic from the car wash and gas station. You can park near the air pumps and enjoy your sandwich (and horchata) as I did.

As prepared, the new item turkey Baja avocado sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese was delicious. I think Subway stepped up their game with this one or I customized it just right that day. If I can recall my config was: Italian herbs and cheese, turkey, pepper jack, toasted, so I'm nach, jalapenos, onions, Baja sauce(?) And mayo. The horchata hit just right (not too sweet either, which I prefer).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are other, much better stores in vicinity! It's worth to drive 1-2 mins for better service.

I used to dine there occasionally as their subs were in my opinion better comparing to some other locations, but now I am just going to skip that place because of rude and unqualified personnel that robbed me for $20+.

I've ordered food online for pick-up in this store, however lady at the checkout informed me that my order was never received and refused to check my order ID and my app that was showing the order is there and was already paid for. I wanted to sort it out and make a new order, asking her to cancel previous one, but she simply just moved on to other customers shaking her head like nothing happened and didn't want to help me nor take...

There were a few things that frustrated me the few times I have stopped in but this last time was such a waste of money. I asked for extra spinach and they put 3 more leaves. I asked for extra extra and they told me no. I explained all I wanted was spinach and tomatoes so I wanted more because I wasn't getting a bunch of other veggies. I was given attitude. I asked for BBQ sauce and some other sauce was in the BBQ sauce container and it was a flavor I can't identify but it was gross. So frustrating because this was what I was bringing to work for lunch and it wasn't good or filling.
