Hibachi Dinner —Worst Experience! I would rate it at 0, if possible. Very bad food quality and limited quantity. Server was extremely disorganized, took the order wrong despite multiple attempts to confirm selections. Hibachi Chef was rude and inattentive. Food had no flavor, total lack of salt, no seasoning, and minimal amount of teriyaki/soy sauce. Food distribution among guests was totally uneven, to the point that my son only received one-third of the corresponding serving, mostly consisting of the brown remnants. The chef made an error while plating, resulting in my son getting only the left-overs, and made no further attempts to fix the issue. Server was constantly changing my selections. When I complained, I expected an apology, but the server kept insisting he made some changes to prevent me from getting food in excess, and save me some money. I never asked for this, which was so unpolite and disrespectful, totally uncalled for. Food prices are ridiculous for the amount and quality you get. Example: Teriyaki Steak(select-grade 8/12oz, not sure) for $40-45 (only Salad/Miso Soup), Fried Rice is an at Extra $4… as if food and service wasn't bad enough server had the audacity to...

Read moreWent on a Wednesday, place was not crowded we made a reservation for 7pm but it took longer waiting for the other party to arrive. For me it was my first experience with teppanyaki, and it was a nice one. Food was incredible a fun experience. The visual experience is so important and without knowing, you are talking to others and having the experience with others in the table. We had Kasi meat and teriyaki chicken also teriyaki meat and fried rice, it was outstanding! Services was excellent and always there to refill your glasses, explain the menu or bring you another beer. I really had a great time there. Not a five star though, because of one thing I noticed the ventilator over the pan was leaking grease in front of me which was a little unsettling, they kept cleaning at the end they put a tray to collect the grease, it wasn't much but it was there. Maybe it's time for a more serious ventilator cleaning, maybe it was broken or maybe it was the rooftop grease trap, but that needs to be deal with. I want to be clear that even with that issue I'm still going back and that's just a minor...
