Family ordered through uber eats, order got cancelled after almost 2 hours of waiting.

Rude staff that definitely needs training in customer service. Order took forever, because "products were cooking". As someone working as a fast food worker, 3 pieces of meat, and some fries don't take over 20 minutes to cook. The employees clearly didn't want to work.
