Micheladas y Mariscos "El Primo" — Restaurant in San Juan

The food was fine. My issue is the environment of the place. There is a woman who has her child there, and as a mother I have empathy towards her. However, the child is beyond disrespectful. He snatched my glasses off of my face and almost broke them, just because I said hi to him. The dad was there drinking with his friends while his mom was working at the bar. When the father realized what the little boy did to me, he grabbed him and restrained him and told him not to do that, and then proceeded to go back to drinking with his friends. His mother did not bother to apologize to me. She had an extremely negative disposition. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for me. I hope the restaurant hires more professional staff. I drove quite a way to go there, and spent $75 on food and drinks. I will not go out of my way again because of this negative experience with the staff and...

We had heard about this place that they have very good seafood and with my craving for fresh fried fish that I haven't been satisfied anywhere here in the mid-valley, so we stopped there and found out.... and boy did it satisfy it. Customer service is very UNSATISFACTORY.. Waitresses have to be frequently called upon to ask for drinks. Waiting times up to 20 minutes to get a beer another 15-20 mns to get it. Plus another 15 mins to get a menu another 20-30 mns for food, and another 10-15 mns to get the bill!!🤦🏻‍♀️ Owner is a sweet person but seriously needs New Better WAITRESSES! Atmosphere is great...
