Wendy's — Restaurant in San Juan

The drive-thru was busier than expected but after 3:30pm. I order an Apple Pecan Salad. It took a while cuz it was a long waiting line. When I picked it up, I asked if everything was there. She said yes, so I continue my way out. When I open the bag, the salad didn't have blue cheese, which is included in the ingredients right before the chicken... As mentioned in their website: "Apple Pecan Salad Made fresh daily with Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, crisp red and green apples, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, crumbled blue cheese, and grilled chicken breast hot off the grill, all topped with Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Food was nice, almost having another car crashing into mine wasn't. Had my order taken and was told to pull up to the second window, only for the car in front of me to suddenly hit the reverse, and then move up again several times. Thought it was bizarre 'til I reached the window, and this petite bright pink haired lady with a purple shirt told me to reverse too, I think she mentioned some time tracking thing? Her tone was sorta hostile because I asked "why?". Never experienced this in any fast food on the island. Pretty disappointing...

En mi transacción la cajera me cobra , no me pregunto metodo de pago y yo iba a pagar con ath móvil, maquina antes de escanear esperaba el sistema por la cajera pero me dejo hacer la transacción comoquiera,me la cobraron y a ellos ni le aparecio en el reporte xq obviaron un oaso que le pedia la máquina. La cajera asustada, no sabía lo que pasaba, llamó a la gerente, esta llegó con mala cara a asistirla,( yo sabia lo que pasaba pero no dije nada porque entendia que esta sra tenia la capacidad para resolver pero no fue asi )y a tratarla no de buena manera, la cajera no tenía del todo la culpa pero si debió manejar mi método de pago antes de que se fuera a servir. Estudié gerencia en la universidad y corrí grupos grandes y esta gerente no tubo el tacto para manejar la situación y delante de mi la regaño, tanto que ganan, se ve que solo están por el dinero no para hacer un trabajo de calidad a nivel gerencial. Otra cosa, las papitas saladas, el primer Wendy's que voy que las dañan con tanta sal. Espero puedan corregir estas situaciones porque no me sentí bien . La gerente no supo manejar la situación solo dejo dicho que no cojiera ath movil, se fue por la via facil y si la puede aceptar es solo que la cajera tenia que quedarse en la transacción y no retirarse era todo,...
