El Nuevo Flamboyán de Garibaldi — Restaurant in San Sebastián

Came here by recommendation of a local friend. There was a group of 14 of us. The food itself was not bad ( definitely have had better Mexican food in Oklahoma and Texas), but the service was TERRIBLE. Upon arrival there were 3 ladies behind the counter , not one came to our table. I went up to the counter to ask if we have to order there, she said no , someone will come to you. We sat 5 more minutes, waitress took our orders. Our appetizer which was nachos and cheese on side came out, no drinks. Had to go back to ask for our drinks. Then our food finally came out and our drinks 10 min after. The waitress never came to check on us. Had to go back to the counter where they were all on their phones or chatting it up with their friends about their weekend plans. Asked for napkins and then waited for our final check which had to ask for that as well. I wanted to just not tip at all on our $160 order but I was nice and gave a tip. They deserved no tip for awful service. Oh and their jalapeño margaritas was trash. They used picked nacho jalapeños instead of fresh. I was very disappointed at the service and won't be back. It was a wasted 50 min trip...

First time i came here around 3 years ago it was so amazing! Super flavorful. But sadly the last times I've gone especially last year and this year the flavor is not the same (the portions and treatment is). Last time I had birria tacos and mom the chicken quesadilla and they were both very very bland, they lack overall flavor.
