Grexico — Restaurant in San Sebastián

I went yesterday,3/18/23, for my anniversary,and I was told they close at 10pm, and u could dine in. But as soon as they saw us parking, one of the girls ran towards tables to clean. My husband told me, "I think they going to close." I said, the door says they open until 10 it's only 7:30. So we walk in and they girl started pushing tables together, and said, "only take out". So we I asked, at what time do you guys close today? cus it says 10" The girl taking orders said "9", then said, "no, 8". So we bought the food and ate in the car. I asked for a super gyro with Cordero. She looked back and said the didn't have any. So I ordered a regular one with carne asada. When I'm taking my first bite, I'm parked right on front of the door, people keep walking in and it's 10m to 8pm. I see the guy cooking brings the Cordero back and it's cutting. So they had some.but didn't want to bring it back for just 1 order. The guy who ordered came out with about 10 plates, he had a bunch of bags, then he took back the Cordero. If you’re craving a gyro and you’re in the area then this is your best bet. Excellent customer service and great hours. However I will say that as gyros go, the gyro they sell isn’t very filling. I ordered mine with extra lamb and it still felt a little light. They did however give me a side of Tzatziki sauce free of charge. The pita was soft and they were generous with the lettuce and tomatoes as well. If you’re a gyro connoisseur you may be disappointed by the portion of meat, but I would recommend them solely on the fact they’re open almost daily and are in the area of Moca/San Sebastián. We were 5 people who ordered all different things from the "Mexican side" (aside from mozzarella sticks). I had bites of everyone's food and it was all good with no complaints 4/5 the food. There were a few mistakes (3 to be exact) with the order so I had to go back up 3 different times with corrections (Minor fixes/mistakes). So please check your order if your taking it to go.
