Manhattan Cafe — Restaurant in San Sebastián

First time in Puerto Rico with my wife who's from Isabela and decided to invite her family to eat and I got to say everything was good. I ordered the churrasco ( Flank steak or as I would call it Ranchera meat since I'm Mexican 😁 ) with rice and tostones which I wasnt able to finish completely because it was a nice big portion of meat. My wife got mofongo with chicken wings and it was good better then the one we had the night before at a different restaurant. The surtido was a great choice for an appetizer. Let me begin by saying, the view is spectacular. The terrace seating was quiet, too quiet, not even music. Also, there were no condiments(salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo) nada on the table. As for the margarita I ordered, it was strictly lime juice, Epic Fail. Although I was not very interested at first, my friends convinced me to go there. Boy, was I surprised! This place, albeit small, has an excellent staff, their service was outstanding and the food, delicious! Also, they served big portions for their prices, which I believe are very accesible.
