Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sandersville

I went at lunch. Ordered a single cheeseburger all the way with fries and a tea. The total was $9 and some change. Cashier was nothing but business. She took my card and kept it for an extended amount of time rather than sliding and returning. This made me a bit nervous. My food came out in a normal amount of time. The lady that gave me my order (not the cashier) was polite. The burger left a lot to be desired. The burger patty was room temperature. The cheese on the burger was not melted and was still cold. Under the bun right on top of my burger was the core of the head of lettuce. It was literally sitting on top of my burger right in the middle. The tomato was cut in 1/2 inch slices and was entirely too thick to be on a burger. They were twice the thickness of the burger patty. The burger patty looked odd. It resembeled more of a soybean burger than beef. The fries were nice and hot, but sadly they were unsalted. My tea was extra sweet with very little ice. This was not the worst food I have ever eaten, but it definitely was not the best and not worth the price you...

The service here is HORRIBLE... For one once I got to the window I was asked twice what my order was my 2 different people... ( after we waited in line long enough for people to drive away behind us) 1st time by the girl working the window (who was nice and on top of things) and then The 2nd time by the female owner who was lost. The owner was then told by the girl at the window what I ordered... she took my money and then I waited for a minute... at this time the girl at the window asked me to drive down that she would bring me my change... I waited for a few minutes but decided since they were busy I'd save them a walk and just go inside to retrieve it.... the owner met me at the counter asked me for a 3rd time what I ordered and then tried to tell me the reason I did not get my change the 1st time was because I did not tell her what ordered... EXCUSE ME!!! DO NOT BLAME YOURE POORLY RUN BUSINESS ON YOUR CUSTOMERS... NEVER WILL I SPEN MONEY...

It was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Walked into the place to order my food and an employee came to the front shouting about how the manager wasn't here and she apologized. After ordering my food and sitting down, my family and I heard the staff arguing and shouting at each other. On top of that the food was all cold and the order was all wrong. After going to the front to get my money back for the food we didn't receive, employees we still arguing and after 5 minutes of standing at the counter with no service, we finally got our money back. Wont be going back and would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.

I wrote this review right after my meal last week and although my review still stands, I'd like to point out that the manager just called me after hearing about my complaint and I'm very pleased with how she handled it and I'm happy to say that she is taking care of the problem and is worth giving...
