My friends and I (a group of four) recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. To start, we waited over an hour for our food—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. During that time, our waitress walked past our table multiple times without acknowledging us or checking to see if we needed anything. We had to repeatedly flag her down just to order drinks, place our food order, and eventually request the check. When our drinks finally arrived, they were overly syrupy and undrinkable, so we sent them back to be remade. It took so long to get replacements that our food actually came out first—and it was dripping onto the floor as it was being carried to our table. One of my friends even had food spill on their pants in the process. When we finally got our meals, everything was watery and unappetizing—the queso, the refried beans, everything. It was a complete disappointment. To make matters worse, when our drinks eventually came back, they were the wrong ones again. When we asked for the bill, we noticed a gratuity charge automatically added. Upon questioning it, our waitress responded rudely, saying, “Not everybody, but some people,” and added that we had made them remake our drinks—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When we asked to speak with the manager, she reluctantly offered to remove the charge “if we didn’t want to pay it,” which was not the point. Overall, this experience was a 0/10. The service was poor, the food was subpar, and the staff was rude. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and my friends and I will not be returning.

Was up in Sandersville working and coworker and I decided to stop here for lunch. I tried their Burrito Deluxe. Holy cow that was delicious. Next time I am up here in Sandersville, will definitely be stopping again. Burritos are an interesting food, and it's one of those things that can be easily overdone or ruined. But this place just nailed it. Presentation was awesome, flavor and taste was awesome. So yah, definitely worth giving this place a try imo.

Had to wait forever just to get seated. I ordered a combo of a beef taco and chicken enchilada. First off the taco I couldn't even pick it up with my hand, it instantly fell apart. Next they didn't give me a chicken enchilada they gave me something else that was beef. I had to ask for lemons three different times. The food was bland, not authentic Mexican food. Don't waste your time or money. Both service and food was horrible.

Updated 1-6-25 I visited again the other day and they were far quicker with food and the flavor just blew me away. I am both impressed and amazed by how quickly they changed in so short of time and improved so drastically. Back to a 5/5 for sure!

While their food was extraordinary and delicious, the service and atmosphere were left wanting. As always, the food was worth the wait, but the delivery was off and as though in disdain today, with the cashier being rude and rather indifferent when I paid my tab. The server I had was pleasant, but they seemed not mentally present in the moment as she forgot my tea at first, but quickly got it, and the manager got me one to go rather quickly. Still, the server has helped me before and was always such a kind soul, so I can understand she was likely just having a stressful day.

I'm not certain what happened, but the timeliness and quality of service and atmosphere have slightly diminished since we were here last for my mother's and brother's birthday parties. It saddens me, as this lovely restaurant has such lovely memories and their food is exquisite.

Hopefully, the next visit will be far better. Until then, I'll be optimistic and hopeful for such a...

I been to me fair share of Mexican restaurants. I always check reviews before I go to these local restaurants. This place had pretty good reviews. So I decided to try it with a coworker. I checked out the menu and tried to find the authentic Mexican dishes. I saw Chile rellenos almost ordered it but it is filled with groundbeef and not chihuahua cheese which is how an authentic Mexican style is…..

so I asked the waitress which item she recommended. She said “everything is good” not really the answer you want to hear. Normally waiters/waitresses will recommend 2-3 dishes which are their staples. Not this place

So I ended up getting the Carne Asada. Aand to drink I had the horchata Sounded good on the menu. Can’t really go wrong…but I guess there is a way.

Good- food came quick and hot. The busboy that brings the chips and salsa was much friendlier than the waitress. Bad- Meat was chewy. No flavor. Horchata was extremely watered down.

Worse- Best part of the dish was the rice, beans and nopal/cactus. I left over half the meat...
