Went for the Friday Fish Fry and the food was amazing! Saw the parking lot was full and assumed we would be having to wait but were seated right away! Ordered the Fisherman's Platter which included a piece of cod, trout and whitefish and 2 shrimp. A choice of side salad or cole slaw and a choice of garlic bread or roll. When you ask what kind of potato they have, make sure to ask about an upcharges for the kinds of potato that is listed off. In my experience this evening, the waitress listed off what they had, assuming any kind of potato came with the $17.99 dinner. Got the bill and waffle fries had an additional $1.99 added. She asked if I wanted sour cream for my baked potato and ended up charging $0.50 for a side of sour cream. Overall a good experience with great fish!

Nice little place just outside of Marquette. Small bar and cozy dining setup. They had several televisions and an active pool table. The Bomb Cheese Steak sandwich was awesome. The salami mixed with beef was a perfect combo. Wife had the baked whitefish dinner which she ate all of. Kids had the white cheddar mac and a classic burger. The mac was very creamy and the burger was huge. All items were reasonably priced… actually a little less expensive than many places. Karisa was super friendly and helpful. Gravel parking lot with plenty of spaces. We showed up just after 5pm and we were able to find a table right away. If you are looking for a nice bar + restaurant atmosphere, check out the Crossroads.

Overall great place to visit and eat. It took 2 hours on a Friday night to eat and leave again. We had reservations for 6 pm got seated right away. 15 of us. Different tables or we could have waited 30 minutes for a set up for a big table. Service was great, food was great, except the cooks did all the small orders first, that's what took so long. Atmosphere sucks. Walls hallow, ceiling hard and hard floors, the echoes were terrible. They need padding and sound proofing bad. I would recommend going here, but go early or later. Not at 6pm. Good mix drinks but small.

We visited this restaurant during our recent stay in Marquette. Upon entering it looked like a nice place, a bit noisy, but nice. They only had one server so she had the hostess wait on our table. My wife has food allergies and ordered the burger plain and a baked potato as the fries are coated and seasoned and we were unsure of what was on them. The food took forever. Our server/hostess seldom visited our table to give us an update. We suspected that the food was sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen. When we finally received our food, my wife's burger had cheese on it and instead of the baked potato, they gave her fries. The host/server just dropped off the food and left. My wife tried to scrape off the cheese only to find that the burger was cold. I had to look for our server and found her and explained the issue. In the end they got it right but by the time my wife's food arrived I was done eating. My daughter is a server and in the restaurants she has worked at food allergies are treated very seriously by the cooks and orders are carried out very closely. Given that Crossroads messed up both items my wife ordered, clearly their kitchen staff needs some important training. And if you are a server, always visit the table a couple of minutes after dropping off the food to make sure everything is right...

While the food was delicious the service is severely lacking. My family gathered here for dinner for my great uncles birthday, there were 10 of us. One waitress was very pleasant got our table ready and seated us. After an hour and a half of sitting at our table the bartender who was assigned our table came over and took our orders. While waiting for food we had to go to the bar to get her attention for drink refills and even then she took 10-15 minutes to come to our table. -mind you, our table was right next to the bar and the bar was not busy. - when our food came it was haphazardly thrown at us. Not once did the waitress come back to check on us to see if we needed anything. We also had brought our own cupcakes to celebrate and while sitting there I overheard the waitress complaining that this establishment was “not for birthday celebrations, it was a place to eat food and leave.” All night our waitress was snappy and very rude. I will not be giving this establishment anymore of my business and I will be telling my family and friends the same. We weren’t loud, rude, or demanding, we just wanted basic service and instead we got attitude and a feeling like we were...

Our family and friends have been here multiple times, we live out in K. I. Sawyer and still chose to go here before our local options even, because of the great quality and service. We've only recently started making reviews and we hope that this will help the business for the better. We've never had a bad experience and don't expect to have one. Thank you Crossroads bar an grill family and team, you've all always been amazing and we can justify tipping you all well each time we go, this particular last visit cost us $65 we still tipped $30, we try to tip well regardless, sometimes out of pure kindness and knowledge about how it is behind the scenes from personal experiences that we can understand how it is, but we keep tabs on who how etc and tip accordingly, so we always tip, but we definitely tip especially well when we've been given true honest service with kindness and attentiveness that isn't just for work, but of which you can truly see the care in their efforts and love for their work. We haven't encountered a bad employee yet and we've gone through a few. Never disappointed,...
