Docs Lakeside Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

I will never go back! We have gone here for years but last night a group of people went with 10 small children and it took forever so the kids were running around playing in the grass and lake. The staff locked our children out of the restaurant, yelled at them and then proceeded to yell at one of the moms. They then called the cops on us bc of our kids. It was crazy and very upsetting experience for our kids. Kudos to the law enforcement for being wonderful and helping calm the kids. They showed them that the cops are not the bad guys and they are our friends. The lady who I assume is the restaurant owner and the waitress that was yelling at us (long dark hair, braided into pigtails and wearing a hat) were seen hiding outside kissing. Turns out that is what likely got them so upset with the kids....they got caught by them. We came on boat 06/04 our server was wonderful cant remember her name. I bought a membership. Our friend was there and didnt like the chicken tenders and wasnt complaining about it or making it a issue. When "becky" came in and caused a scene about us not liking the chicken tenders. Was told not to bring her back. It was disrespecful and would have spent another 300 dollars that night. I probably wont be coming back to do that. Wish it would have been different. This place was great and food awesome. Chicken was good and one of my friends said she had one of the best chicken sandwiches she’s ever had. They also got key lime pie/triple chocolate ice cream sandwiches here that were awesome. I tried a little bit of everyone’s. Server was great to our dogs, even brought out some water for them after playing in the lake. Kind of funny about the dock situation though.
