Hardee’s — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

The service is horrible and so is the atmosphere. My food was cold and after a long wait. The male manager on duty look like very unprofessional and was very rude when I brought my complaints to him. He refused to give me a refund and take the food back. He said that I was lying about my order and was trying to con them out of free food. I will never return to this Hardee's as long as that male manager is working there. His language and attitude towards me was most unpleasant. I have never seen an ignorant and a lazy staff. The staff should talk about their personal problems on their own time not when taking an order. I don't need to be told shut up while I'm trying to order my food then hear about someone's "adult life" through...

Originally came through drive thru to order breakfast. Placed my order and drove to the window to pay. I get to the window to pay with my phone with GooglePay. Am told that I can't use my phone at the window, that if I wanted to use my phone, I would have to come inside...

Now, here's where everyone probably thinks I'm going to rant about having to go inside to pay for my order. On the contrary... The manager who I spoke to was kind and polite and explained why this was their policy and defined exactly why they would not take the phone through the window. Never once did he raise his voice or get rude. Even though he had to "inconvenience" a customer, he remained nice and professional, still showing great customer...

Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered a #1 . Burger, fries and drink. I gave my payment to the girl at the window, when she returned my card she dropped it on the pavement. I had to get out of my car to retrieve it. But wait that's not all! When I got my order I didn't get the drink that was supposed to come with the order! When I got home with my food the fries were cold and were from 1 half inch to an inch in size !! The Burger I ordered was so full of sauce that when picked it up the hamburger patty slipped out of the bun before I could even take a bite and was a total mess!! Total...
