McDonald's — Restaurant in Savanna

I did a mobile order for two bacon Mc doubles with extra pickels and onions no sause and when I got home there was no bacon and one extra pickle. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said I could come up for a remake then when I got there she wanted the burgers back and had a poor attitude at me to the point of rolling her eyes at me I waited in the line and when I got home again I opened up my burgers to find a super greasy mess all the onions on the rapped not on the burger and again three dang pickles and one half strip of bacon on each burger. I wasn't asking for the world. But they just couldn't get it right I will be calling the manager...

Feel a little sad that the Ronald McDonald bench was removed those things are so rare to see in McDonald's these days. Anyways, the food doesn't really matter here it is just like any McDonalds you might come across in the USA. The inside is beautiful and is definitely dedicated to the new town. I love the mural of the bridge currently. It is also one of those upgraded McDonald's popping up recently that has ordering TVs inside as an option which I highly doubt will be used in a small town like Savanna Illinois. Karen literally bangs her co workers then demotes them once they leave her, Karen also has a wicked problem with talking bad about her employees with other employees then causes a drama pit with gossip she has created herself it's absolutely horrendous. And they wonder why they can't keep the savanna McDonald's staffed lmao. Also would like to point out a big Mac meal is 9$ and some change you can literally go to a portillos which is way better then mcdonalds and get a double bacon burger meal for 8.99 way bigger portion, healthier, and a minimum of a million times better tasting. Mcdonalds is price gouging for the worst service...
