Subway — Restaurant in Savanna

Came in with my wife to purchase a foot long and a 6 inch. Had over 75 points on my subway card so I could purchase my foot long tuna with 75 points. My wife had a coupon for the 6 inch. The young lady didn't not know how to apply the coupon and just kept saying I don't know how to do it and that she was not taught. She kept telling me my total is 6.75 for a 6 inch and I told her I have a coupon over and over. She finally called her boss and figured out how to apply the coupon. The offer is on their receipts too. I don't understand why the employees are not taught. I then wanted to purchase the footlong with my points and she kept saying the card is declining. I told her over and over that I do not have money on the card all I want is to use my points. She said again I wasn't taught and I do not know how to do it. I just went ahead and paid for it because it made me very frustrated and she seemed like a new employee . I love subway and all the locations in Plano, TX are awesome and know how to use the points properly. This is by far the most frustrating experience I've had with subway. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a chicken, bacon ranch footlong, nothing extra, nothing special added, the drive thru order machine said 8.75 plus tax. I get to the window and the girl tells me 12 something is the total. I said that can't be right she proceeds to tell me that the chicken bacon ranch is not on their menu anymore and I'm basically being charged for a rotisserie chicken sandwich with bacon added 🤔 . I said no that isn't right either, so she went to talk to someone else and came back and told me that chicken bacon ranch sandwiches are actually 14 something.Needless to say I drove away with no sandwich and won't be going back again. I forgot the young ladies name that waited on me. Really pretty with really white teeth young girl. I had told her I drive back and forth from Texas to Oklahoma and live in both and usually always stop in Atoka but I hadn't ate at all that day and it was probably 4 or 5 p.m. so I saw the one on Savannah and I hit the brakes. I'll be stopping in the Savannah one more often, A+ on service and cleanliness because I was a manager of 3 Subways not too very many years back and I liked everything I saw about the cleanliness and items looking fresh.
