CraveBurger — Restaurant in Savannah

This is the best scam currently in the food business! Crave burger is not a local restaurant but rather a “virtual restaurant”, meaning they “partner” with local restaurants to provide poor service. The problem is if you call for the Craveburger customer support regarding an order that was incorrect you’ll wait forever, that is, if they even pick up the customer support line- they never did. How does the customer actually know who prepared the food? There’s no way to tell! More importantly, I hope local restaurants will see that this “partnership” opportunity with Craveburger is a true waste of their valuable time and resources, and will just commit to serving local customers with their own branding and integrity. Craveburger y’all need to go back and work for someone who can teach you how to run a better business model....

Food was ice cold and minimal. This is a virtual restaurant and you get food from some of the worst restaurants in the area. Skip this and order from places you like. They will not give refunds...

First time ordering and my burger was completely wrong, all I had was meat and cheese. I paid $5 for this...
