Extremely rude staff
I walked in just to get a sandwich, and there was no one behind the counter. There was one woman on her phone, sat at a booth near the door. This individual was not wearing a uniform or anything that would give me an indication that she worked there. I approached her to ask for help and she interrupted me by asking "Are you with Uber?" I said no and said that I was just a walk in customer. She then asked me "Can you give me a million dollars?" I understand that this was a joke, but it represents incredibly poor customer service. I was so taken aback by this interaction that I just turned around and left. This was at approximately 6:00PM on Wednesday, 5/17/23. I would suggest that the management of this location work on training their associates.
UPDATE: 9/8/24 Tried this location again because it's the closest one to my home. Was refused service because they were "getting ready to close at 7:00PM." It was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I order, I usually do so online to use my rewards, and when I show up half an hour later there's no customers inside and they haven't made my order yet. If there are customers inside they won't let me in line, and take all their orders, and if I ask to start on mine they take someone else's if the walked in the door midway through and wouldn't finish mine. Multiple times this has ended up with me either walking out with no food, or the wrong food I paid for an hour or two prior because they waited and then would run out of what I asked for. One gentleman working was very sweet and helped me out but no one else in there has ever given me common courtesy.
When I called today to get my order fixed because they just put a "closed until 12:00" sign on the door while just sitting inside. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and every time I call now past noon they just hang up on me...

I requested a new knife because of tomato allergy. (Habit as my allergy even tho I ordered a 6 inch) instead of being concerned about the allergy the one female employee replied āI just washed themā and proceeded with finishing my order. I canāt get veggies from watching cross contamination happen with grabbing various items with the same gloved hand that touched tomatoes. I understand itās a risk I take, but damnit at least listen to your customer instead of making me feel small and disrespected. Hire more people if...
