Kitchen closes at 8p, even on Friday and Saturday. They NEVER answer the phone on football Sunday's - never! Drove from 3 towns away every Sunday past 2 years for game for take out. Show up today for NFL's week 1 and was told they don't do take out on Sunday's. I then explain that I've done it every Sunday for the last two years and that I just drove from 3 towns away and the female bartender replies with, "don't know what to tell you, I don't manage the kitchen." Luckily, the male bar back who I tried placing order with first and told me I had to order with the bartender, went back to the kitchen, asked and came back and told her and I that they could do it. Bartender then, rolls her eyes and gives me an attitude while begrudgingly takes my order. After giving credit card, she slammmed the receipt down on bar and walked away.

First time customer. Called 15min before the kitchen was closing. I heard good things about their burgers and wanted to give it a try. Well starting with the onion rings, they were crispy and hot. The best I have had in a long while. My wife ordered the Chili Cheese Fries. The fries were crispy and an substantial amount of Chili and Cheese. Now for the burger, I ordered the Oklahoma Onion burger, it was delicious. The toasted bun, fried onions and the smash burger hit all the right notes My wife had the Crispy Chicken sandwich. She said it was great. Had great flavor and crunch. The staff were very friendly, and even though I was just picking up my order, called me by my name, as if I was a regular. Made me comfortable. I had an amazing time at Tap and Growler! Right when I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and felt really taken care of. Jess, the bartender, was super attentive, always making sure my drink was full and I had everything I needed. And let me tell you, the espresso martini was spot on. The food was just as impressive. I went for the burger and fries, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and golden.
