This shop refused service to my son and his friends because someone yesterday (not any of them, just another young teen I guess) gave them a fake bill. This is absolutely wrong; to punish all kids that go to the school 2 blocks down the road, who walk past this shop 2x a day and have waited months in excitement for it to open, because of another's actions. There are simple ways to check bills for legitimacy. My son called me all upset because the 'Owner' (I put parenthesis not to give any sarcastic tone but because I did not speak to the person directly and am unsure if this was actually the owner, a manager, or a regular employee.) Said that she knows it's unfair but it is what it is, they won't risk selling to anyone but adults anymore. How absurd to ban all teens/pre-teens for the actions of one. I am posting this here because there is no phone number anywhere I could find to speak to someone for the new Schertz location. This location is build directly between a middle school and elementary school, where hundreds of kids walk by daily on their routes home. Invest in the cash magic marker, train your employees how to spot fraudulent cash, make sure you have surveillance cameras at all windows so you can identify and ban anyone who breaks your rules (and the law but using fake money) and let these kids buy and enjoy your coffee with their friends. I'd be happy to talk to someone from this location to resolve the issue, just need a way to contact...
Read moreThis is a great coffee shop in Schertz. They have a large variety of drinks and even some fancy breakfast items. They have a unique set up - drive through lane on each side of the building. All orders are taken at the window. The staff is super nice. The reason I gave 4 starts is because the coffee tastes different depending on who makes it. Also the price varies each time depending on how the coffee was rung in. I noticed you get charged for cream and sugar. But it is better than Dunkin and Starbucks. Update after owners response- I always use my card to pay. The coffees I order are always the same. When I look at the receipt the prices are different. for 2 coffees the prices are between 7 and change and 8 and change. The one difference I noticed is the way the coffees are rung up. Again it’s not a big deal. But I wish the coffee would taste the same no matter who made it. My coffee is simple- black with caramel. This is only my experience. My...
Read moreA disappointing first try to say the least. They didn't ask me what extra syrup I would have wanted, it didn't come to me because I didn't think it'd be an automatic thing. I don't like syrup, much less chocolate syrup since it has a weird and strong taste in my mouth. So I was surprised when they decided to put a lot of chocolate syrup with butterscotch, of all flavors.. and it tasted terrible. Those syrups do not mix well at all in terms of flavor. Near 7 dollars wasted. Should have saved it for a cheaper and better tasting coffee in Kyle.
I thought I'd be able to put my drink in a separate cup to get as much of the syrup away as I can but by time I got to my location, it had blended in with it. That doesn't usually happen with other places, so if you questioned whether their syrup blended in well with the drink then...
