Hi I was in your store April 28 first I work for another franchise I pulled in behind a UPS truck not aware of the man was backing up into the spit I took. Once in the store my 2 grandkids went to the rest room . The drive came in to the store and made hand gestures to me and I promptly apologized for taking the parking spot well at that point he began yelling at me and I said sir I apologized for taking spit but he continued so I said I don’t know what you want but I won’t bend down and kiss your ass. At this point your female worker jumped in and began to belittle me I may have asked her to be quiet as I tried to explain what happened and she just talked over me when I finally was able to explain she told me he was a regular and I was wrong well to say the least I was upset so I proceed to try to get service and at which she refused me not to mention I apologized for raising my voice only to get told I was back peddling and she would not serve me well at that point I asked for manager told there was none on so I asked for the name and phone number which she refused to give me and said rudely pool on web which by the way I have been calling since 9 am on the 29th . After that point as I was getting my grandkids to leave she threatened me that if I didn’t leave she was calling police to have me arrested well now my grandkids were upset and I had to calm them down when has it become ok to do this? I have teen kids working under me at my store and I would never allow that type of thing to happen unless there was a clear threat of harm which being z61 years old would not happen not to mention the ups driver continued to instagate the situation with no comment about his behavior. I will tell you my wife and I frequent your store at least 3 times a week as a minimum but at this point there are 3 other Duncan s on our trip I will go to never going to your store again . I will be clear I said I was wrong for raising my voice and did apologize only to be disrespected by a teenager . I spoke with my manager at my store and she is going to get me the franchisers number and name and I will be calling him as it is not your fault as to the actions of that day it should be addressed with a write up as that is the Duncan process. To make it worse I told her I worked for another franchise and she got even ruder. I am so sorry for the long message but I am truly upset. Ordered a plain bagel not toasted with the vegetable cream cheese on it. The young man who was preparing the food didn’t put the cream cheese on it. I brought it to his attention before he put it in the bag. He said we didn’t do that. I explained I’ve been getting that for years. He refused and threw the bag on the counter. I said just give me my money back. He referred me to go back to the order girls. They were so nice that they put the cream cheese on it. No one knows if I have a handicap or issue that inhibits my ability to perform that act. There is no reason why I should have to explain myself. They forget that they are there to preform a service. I spend $30-$40 a week there. Without us the customer they don’t get a paycheck. Too make matters worse there was a police officer at the drive up window and they asked him to come in. We spoke on my way out. I explained that at no time was I disrespectful, vulgar, or threatening. That was very embarrassing and not necessary. I was voicing my displeasure as I have a right to. If they don’t know what they are doing wrong how can they correct it. I made a corporate complaint and am still waiting to hear from the manager. After reading the other reviews I am skeptical on the response. In the end I have a choice and I choose...

I ordered a Medium, Cream, Caramel Swirl, Whipped Cream, Caramel Cup Drizzle and Caramel Drizzle. I had never ordered this drink before and I saw a picture where it has Carmel drizzle on top of the whipped cream and when I received it, there was just whipped cream on it. I went back through drive through and asked them where the caramel drizzle was and the guy working lied to my face and told me it's inside the frozen coffee! Maybe he doesn't know there's an actual picture of it on the website showing the Caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream? So the girl who made it did not make it right, and the guy who answered my question either didn't know what it was supposed to look like when it was made, or lied to my face. Also when I pulled up, the girl who was working was yelling about something. She looked like she hated her job. Absolutely horrible customer service! Neither one of them should be working with the public. This was on October 4th at 4:40 pm in case management wants to check to see who was working.
