Friendly greeting, bright and welcoming interior. Hot open faced meatloaf with mashed potatoes is to die for. Daughter got veggie burger, said it was excellent, must have been made right there, not frozen pre made. From observing their interactions with the staff, lots of happy local regulars. Wish it was closer than 3 hours from the house. Son got a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie to go, we had 5 more hours of driving till we got off the road, his eyes lit up when I reminded him about the pie, he shared a bite, we should have gotten the whole pie. So if you are near Dalton PA, run, don't walk to this fine...

Loved this place. Is home cooking all the way. Desserts are....well you have to stop by.

Please don't feel a little discouraged when you first come in. Looks can be deceiving. Overall, the restaurant inside need some love, maybe a little paint here and there, but the real deal is the people that serve you and the food.💪💪😊

I saw the good reviews so we stopped for breakfast about 7 on a Saturday morning. It wasn’t busy yet and we were in and out in a half hour.
