After waiting in line for 15-20 minutes the owners showed up, sat down in a table, had their kids go inside and serve their family ice cream while everyone else waited for the sole employee to serve everyone else. Will never be back but ice cream was delicious and single employee working window was also great! ** There’s nothing sad, you’re clearly not open to constructive criticism, there were actually two positive side notes as well, wasn’t all negative. Your actions all day long were rude and entitled, that’s a reflection of you, the behavior won’t end after my observation. And, I’m just a bit curious how you would’ve handled that confrontation in person after your defensive online response. Would you have tried to pacify me by paying for my order, I wouldn’t have accepted. Instead of serving yourselves first you could have helped the remaining customers simultaneously. That’s what any selfless human/ or in this case, newly opened business owner would do. Really nice place to enjoy ice cream, and very kid-friendly — my family loves coming here. The flavors are great, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The only drawback was my recent experience with the new employee at the register. When paying by card, she selected a 20% tip on the machine before handing it to me, which meant the tip amount was already applied unless I caught it. I don’t think this is the right approach, as tipping should be left to the customer’s discretion.

Overall, still a great spot for a treat, but I hope management addresses this so the payment process stays transparent and comfortable for...

Stopped in on a sleepy Tuesday.... Great idea...got my usually , a small cone. Had the lovely lady stack the flavors cheesecake and lemon... Fantastic idea. So delicious.. Stop by ...do it....you won't...
