I would give less than 1 star if I could! When my husband and I stopped at this location for ice cream there were 2 customers in front of us, everyone else was seated and the young lady working the register did a good job eventhough you could tell she was new. The manager was yelling "Don't take anymore orders until I get caught up!!" and telling people in the drive-thru they would have to come in. She had a cook in the kitchen and a girl on the register. I could deal with her being frazzled about being busy, but since when does a fast food place stop taking orders? Don't you take orders and your customers decide if they want to wait...I mean they paid right?! She was unprofessional and being a poor example for her staff. I received the most pitiful looking sundae I've ever had. I asked politely if i could have nuts, because there weren't any like I requested, she turned her back to me and said loudly "No"!! Really!?! Then followed up with you'll have to wait. Let me just say that the sweet new girl said let me get those for you. Read moreThis place should go ahead and close down. Over the past three months we have came by at least once a week. They have closed the dining room for lack of employees. Only selling ice cream half the time. Today they only have chocolate ice cream and no food. Then to top that off they can't accept gift cards for over 9 months We will not make any special trips to DQ again..Definitely running off your customers. In reply to your response.
