The food is amazing! Be aware you may have to wait to get a table. They don’t open until later in the day (5p) and people usually get in line right around then. One time it was an hour wait….. It’s part of Kowloon and you can see the influence. We’ve been there a few times and have always been very happy with the food and drinks. Of course you have to get something in the cute glasses (Mai Tai, etc) The scallion pancakes are very crispy but a tad oily the night we got them. The night market chicken was amazing! It was so crispy and still juicy with the perfect seasoning. We definitely will be back when we go back to the Brook.

My partner and I sat at the bar for some lunch. Ava and Sophia made our visit all that more special! We ordered a scorpion bowl that came in an amazing cat shaped vessel! We ordered the Pork Fried Rice, Crab Rangoons, Brussels Sprouts, and Scallion Pancakes. Although plenty of leftovers for the two of us, we just had to order the Brookie. Bravo! Knowledgeable and friendly staff! We will absolutely be retuning! p.s. they have a telephone booth that can take your picture!

I went to this restaurant last night with 3 people one is my little sister and the other two were her friends this was there first time out gambling (they are 18) that’s why we traveled two hours to get there because some states you can’t simply can’t gamble unless your 21 we walked in seen a Chinese restaurant we were so hungry after driving two hours it’s my 22nd birthday I was celebrating (all my friends work) my only day off so yes I brought my sister well the bills about $200 on my birthday and yes I tipped my waiter $10 we were stopped and confronted at the door by the waiter and the manager asked what they did wrong for a $10 tip where I’m from the Chinese places do not get tips they don’t even ask for a tip and mind you a lot of places have something where you can swipe your card and it asks if you’d like to leave a tip there was nothing anywhere that said a tip was mandatory mind you we are eating in a casino with millionaires if your working all night your gonna get tipped and when I was looking into serving it’s not always gaurteed a tip it’s a hit or a miss you can’t harass someone who just spent $210 at a restaurant for mid food and ask them why they didn’t leave a tip mind you the waiter was so unprofessional while asking and saying most people leave a bigger tip well sorry this isn’t encore and I simply asked is it illegal to not tip here they said no so why’d you even ask any waiter with common sense would see a group of young girls and not expect a $20 tip my dad doesn’t even pay his workers that and he owns a construction business sis go start an only fans if you want big money wrong career mind you she was waiting on multiple people so if you do the math that’s a ton of money (mind you for 5 people in a Chinese restaurant in Puerto Rico it’s $60) DRINKS INCLUDED not $4 for a tiny drink we weren’t even aware there was not free refills that’s what she deserved mind you she just grabbed us our drinks (she was more giving host vibes) she didn’t bring our food out it was actually the cooks who brought it out to us we waited forever for our checks we had to ask for our boxes i take care of people for a living and I do 10x more work than her and I’m not expecting to make $30 plus an hour I mean if the girls making $15 an hour plus my $10 tip that’s $25 an hour I don’t even make that I actually got a massage with my sister it was $180 dollars we each tipped our massage ladies $14 and she was SOOO grateful and they sat there rubbing my back for a whole hour I should’ve took back the $10 tip I did give her I’m regretting it now the manager honestly seemed like he really didn’t care and he was just supporting his ungrateful waitress in confronting the customers he was like ok have a good night she just sat there looking all pissy and if I had the girls name I’d put her name right on this review but I’m also gonna be calling the casino and whoever I can to get this corrected because I will not be going back there ever again oh and I asked for my steak well done it was still bleeding honestly I really wasn’t even gonna leave her a tip so she’s lucky she got what she did if the restaurant would lower the prices then maybe they waiters would get tipped more there expensive menu isn’t a me problem that’s a you problem maybe if it was $150 instead of $200 she would’ve got her little $20 tip so maybe the way you guys can prevent your waiters not getting paid is lower the prices or just simply pay them more and stop blaming the paying customers for your grumpy waiters I’m not sure what type of tips this chick is used to but take the little $25 an hour an move on you don’t have $40 an hour service you didn’t juggle the plates to me you didn’t do a back Flip while serving it you didn’t pull up to the table with sparklers your service was mid and your jobs so easy NOW you did...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 9 Dragons, and from the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant exudes warmth and charm, making it an inviting space for any occasion. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Rafaela. She went above and beyond to ensure that my friend and I had an exceptional dining experience. Her attentiveness struck the perfect balance—she was always available when we needed her but never intrusive. Rafaela’s knowledge of the menu and her genuine passion for creating a memorable experience made us feel truly special. The food at 9 Dragons was just as impressive as the service, with a menu that caters beautifully to a variety of tastes. Every dish we tried was a delicious. Same for the drinks. Whether you’re planning a casual lunch, a romantic dinner, or celebrating a special occasion, 9 Dragons is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their incredible offerings. Highly...

The food was sub par at best. The braised ribs were amazing, BUT 2 ribs for over 40 dollars is ridiculous. Took 2 hours to be seated, on our anniversary, and after waiting so long we still got stuck in the lounge. The scorpion bowl was disgusting and we were told they make it their own way, well, that didn't work out well, I almost vomited...literally. The upside was the sweet server, Gwen. That's it just the server. This place is awful and Kowloon should not have its name associated with it. I made this review on another platform and they reached out to .e,saying they wanted to make it right. Never heard from them again. I will never go back and will tell everyone who listens how awful this establishment is. Plus the restroom was absolutely filthy, urine all over the floor. Guys captain and this place can't...
