We love getting pizza from here! Both take-out and dine-in! However, our last 2 pickup pizzas have been a little underwhelming as it seemed slightly underdone. We've had to pop them in our air fryer for a few mins to get them to their usual "doneness". Hopefully it gets better because we love coming here both to dine in for a quick slice or for pick-up/delivery. Regardless on how the cook on the pizza is, the ingredients always seem fresh and delicious!! Dining in, is usually very easy, casual, quick and their space is clean and modern. They're always friendly, too!

Someone please explain how a small pizza and a small salad is $60? Yes there is a delivery fee which understand and a tip which is necessary for quality service but this seems exorbitant. I've been a customer for 20 years and the quality of product is good, but portion sizes have decreased dramatically. This small salad is smaller than one I ordered a couple of months ago and the prices have only increased. I'll think hard before I order again because $60 for one small pizza just seems crazy to me!

Always great service, for a “chain” pizzeria they have really figured out how to keep the quality high and consistent. No matter The location. I LOVE their pizza dough. Thin, slightly sweet, nice chew. I don’t usually eat pizza crust but theirs is different. My recent favorite is the SPR (sausage, pepp, ricotta), it it literally perfect, after adding chili flakes. My first love is the GRAND SALAMI PRIMO. I dare you to find better pizza. You may find other great pizza. But not better in this form.

I love Pagliacci, and the staff at this specific location really go above and beyond for their customers. I called about 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday to place an order for delivery. My boyfriend and I were at a friend's party and hungry for a late night snack. He wanted large Pepperoni, and I just wanted two slices of vegan pizza. The guy on the phone was so cool and accommodating, and said they could easily leave the meat and cheese off of two of the slices.

Within 20 minutes, the delivery guy was at the door. Cannot stress enough how awesome he was (didn't catch his name, but young guy with curly hair). The house we were at is at the end of a long, dark driveway, and somewhat difficult to locate. This guy had no trouble, and easily navigated his way through the large movie screening party we were attending, directly to the couch where we were sitting to deliver our pie. The pizza, as always with Pagliacci, was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, with a distinctly spicy tomato sauce and fresh basil, atop a flavorful thin crust. As promised, two of the slices were vegan, just for me, and everyone else enjoyed their pepperoni slices. Definitely some of the best...

This was the most absolutely delicious pizza and cheese bread we have ever had in our entire lives!! The staff there are very kind very respectful and very polite. They make the most amazing and I mean the most amazing Pizza I have ever had hands down. we took a trip with the kids to Seattle because they had never been it was really late by the time we made it into the city unfortunately most of the stores and places that the kiddos wanted to go visit at that point we're closed. also most of the restaurants in fact almost 99.9% of them due to covid-19 were for takeout or delivery only. Thing as though we were traveling in a rental we decided to go ahead and go with pickup and put it in the back of the van so all of us could eat without making a mess in the rental and even my pickiest teenager was in love with the pizza. in fact my family and I were so incredibly impressed my husband and I decided that when our anniversary comes up our 16th anniversary BTW we are going to try to celebrate it there!!!!...

No one was here in the restaurant. I ordered a calzone with goat cheese, red onions, mushrooms, and sausage. After 30min waiting I asked if they were making it and they said 5 more min. It arrived burned. There was no sauce and I couldn't tell if there were mushrooms. It was a burned crust onion and sausage cheese ball. Won't order this item again if that is the recipe but I'm pretty sure calzones have sauce... Maybe they forgot about the order and then forgot about the order in the oven again but this was just not what I was expecting from a place that usually has pretty good quality - especially for the price.

I am giving them 2 stars because I came in at 9:00 and they were doing closing activities for 10:00 and as a former restaurant worker I know that is distracting but that isn't an excuse for making an order wrong, forgetting about it, and then giving it to a...
