Initially this location was absolutely amazing. We went there the day after it opened and the service was the best we'd had at ANY restaurant in a long time. Didn't have to repeat any of our order. Everything was correct and amazing. Food was out in less than 2 minutes. And it was a lengthy order.
Then the third time we went there, they had a huge line inside and in the drive thru. So we figured it wouldn't be there fault if we had a long wait. They had us pull into a parking space to wait. And so we did. For over half an hour until the line was completely empty. Then we waited for 15 more minutes. Then a guy comes out and said they'd forgotten about us. And that they'd already cleared all of the old orders out of their system. We'd already paid over $35. He retook our order. Then when he brought it out it was partially incorrect. Smaller sized drinks than we'd ordered. We ordered 3 bigger jacks and they gave us 3 big jacks. Our milkshakes were already half melted by the time he brought them to us. After fixing everything, the guy gave us a single coupon for a free big jack for our wait. Because that makes up all the bullshittery apparently.
After that visit the quality of both service and food started rapidly deteriorating. Constantly having to repeat our full orders and still getting items wrong. Them forgetting cheese on my burger twice. Wrong size drinks and milkshakes. Snippy service. Forgetful service that tried to send us on our way without our drinks. Burnt sweet tea. Burgers that are both dry and greasy at the same time. And to top it off they always 'forgot' to give us our receipts so we couldn't prove their screw ups.
But it's the nearest fast food place and every now and then the food is as great as it was the first time. But today really took the cake. We just returned from our latest visit through the drive thru. The window server shouldn't have been there she was so obviously sick. Again they wouldn't give us our receipt. I was given a Big Jack as opposed to the Bigger Jack I ordered. We asked for two large sweet teas. We got one large sweet tea that tasted like piss. My mother, being nice enough to assume the error was on her part, told them, "I thought I'd ordered two teas. Can i just order another one." The server got huffy and brought a regular sized cup HALF FULL with the lid half off. Told us not to worry about paying. The tea was full of floaties.

Read moreWe were camping at Buck's Pocket State Park and this Jack's was the only thing close by. We went in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. An employee walked right past us without even acknowledging us to go clean off tables. There was no one in the dining room. What appeared to be the manager told him via headset to come take our order. When he did, he had a "could care less" attitude. I ordered 2pc chicken meal all white and my son ordered a Cheesy Bacon Chicken sandwich combo. They tried to give me all dark chicken. I told the manager it was supposed to be all white and she said he didn't put it in that way. Come to find out that they didn't have any chicken breast ready. The fries were missing for my son's order. I asked about them and the young man said he didn't specifically ask for fries. I thought that when you ordered a combo it had fries. I told them to charge me for a fry and give it to my son. That request went ignored. The manager worked on getting my chicken so I waited at the counter. The young man that took our order came up and told me "that I might as well sit down because it would take a while." I chose to stand and it did take a long time. My son and fiancé were finished eating by the time I got my meal. While I was waiting I noticed that their health rating was a 89. I can believe that by the looks of the place. One upside was that the gentlemen in the back making the food came out and apologized for the bad...
Read moreSo disappointed that I had to take back my 5 star review. I'm down to one star for this store, and here is why. First, the guy putting our order on our tray didn't pay attention to the screen and gave us food that wasn't ours. Second, when ordering my food I basically wanted my burger plain, but my first bite was full of onions and pickles. When I took my food back, I stood at the counter without being approached or even acknowledge, with workers and managers walking past me, for about 5 minutes. While standing there, I watched one of the workers on the back line rubbing his stomach all over the prep board without an apron on. Highly disappointed. These managers need retrained so that they can run this store properly, or a new team needs...
