I became addicted to Indian food when I lived in England in 1975. Over the last fifty years, I have eaten at Indian restaurants wherever I have lived and traveled. I have a pretty good basis for comparison and the Indian cuisine that I had at the Cascade Mountain Restaurant in Concrete two days ago was quite possibly the best Indian food that I have ever had. I am stunned to have discovered this fabulous Indian restaurant in Concrete!!
We had a vegetable samosa appetizer, garlic nan and main entrees of chicken biryani and a lamb curry. Everything was absolutely superb! The garlic nan was of a lighter, crispier variety and was tremendous. The portions were large. I ended up taking half of my chicken biryani home with me! This restaurant should have a Michelin star!
