So, moved a year ago out here to the South! It's taking a while to find all the familiar restaurants and conveniences. Finally realized there was a Subway near me in a little town named Senath MO. Unfortunately it was only Fair rather than good or great. Now to be fair, all restaurants and conveniences have Southern charm, great workers, utmost respect, but like all I've tried, " just missing the " Mark", quality and portion wise. I believe what's happening in our neck of the "Woods" is corporate neglect. Meaning I think training and QC random inspection gets slack or even lack .....it's like these small America areas get left to do the best they can when, it's truly " robbing " the local friends here in the South of what We should be tasting! Kinda like going to the Big Apple if you want a real"Pie", ( Pizza) or nothing like a Chicago style ( which all of Illinois small enclaves can reproduce) and I feel like any of these Brand teniques can be taught. We should be knowing that Subway Brand is always the one " oasis" in an otherwise bleak fast food area you can count on and that's not happening! So my experience today was awful, not because of the awesome counter person but the poor quality and portion that I've come to expect in the Heartland of America....
