First time trying them, grabbed it to go. I'll definitely go back. You can see from the photos it's like a food truck with a permanent home. There are some picnic tables so you can eat on premises if you like. The Brunswick stew was my favorite item. I tried the ribs and pulled pork sandwich both pretty good. The baked beans and potato salad tasted like store brands but that was fine. They several sauces and I tried the Carolina vinegar, Hickory mild and Cole's southern sweet heat. The vinegar was one of the better ones I've had in the area. The hickory is thick sweet and smoky. My favorite was the sweet heat. Like a mix of the other 2 plus a big old dash of pepper. Read moreI adore Cole's BBQ. I've been a couple times, but tonight is what motivated me to finally write a review. It was a long day and, with my mother in town (who LOVES BBQ), I wanted to make sure she tried Cole's before returning home. They'd closed up, but opened just for me to make sure I got my order. (This was lovely of them and certainly not something they had to do, so I really appreciate it!) The food was, as always, fantastic. Just the best pork we've ever had. Read moreReally good BBQ. Wanted to get a variety from Cole's so we ordered a whole chicken, pulled pork and the burnt ends. All was excellent with a good smoke flavor. They have a variety of sauces available and I tried the Carolina Mustard and Vinegar sauces. The sides were good too. We had the coleslaw and potato salad.
