First time trying them, grabbed it to go. I'll definitely go back. You can see from the photos it's like a food truck with a permanent home. There are some picnic tables so you can eat on premises if you like. The Brunswick stew was my favorite item. I tried the ribs and pulled pork sandwich both pretty good. The baked beans and potato salad tasted like store brands but that was fine. They several sauces and I tried the Carolina vinegar, Hickory mild and Cole's southern sweet heat. The vinegar was one of the better ones I've had in the area. The hickory is thick sweet and smoky. My favorite was the sweet heat. Like a mix of the other 2 plus a big old dash of pepper. The sandwich has a boatload of meat. The rib platter has 3 ribs but they are big ribs. I'll definitely go back on a nice day and eat on site.

Really good BBQ. Wanted to get a variety from Cole's so we ordered a whole chicken, pulled pork and the burnt ends. All was excellent with a good smoke flavor. They have a variety of sauces available and I tried the Carolina Mustard and Vinegar sauces. The sides were good too. We had the coleslaw and potato salad. Like most BBQ places they do run out of certain items later on in the day so if you want a particular item go early! We didi get ours to go but there is picnic table seating outside.

First let me tell you I’ve already ate a few slices from my brisket… SECOND stopping here to get some food today was the best decision I made all day! The BBQ sauces are amazing, but the flavor of the meat on its own is fabulous! The last thing that makes this amazing is it’s a small business and veteran owned and operated. The owners are very nice and you can tell they really care about their food.

I adore Cole's BBQ. I've been a couple times, but tonight is what motivated me to finally write a review. It was a long day and, with my mother in town (who LOVES BBQ), I wanted to make sure she tried Cole's before returning home. They'd closed up, but opened just for me to make sure I got my order. (This was lovely of them and certainly not something they had to do, so I really appreciate it!) The food was, as always, fantastic. Just the best pork we've ever had. My mother reports that the brisket and burnt ends rank among the best she's had. The hickory sauce is the bomb. Huge portions. Great sides. We're now planning another visit...
