Maybe the worst service ive ever experienced. Placed my order ahead of time so that it shouldve been ready by 5:11 according to the app. Though I understand it normally takes a bit longer but after getting there and checking in I didnt get my order till 5:35, about 20 minutes after I got there. After getting my food I sat there to eat my meal and noticed my first burger (easy ketchup, easy mustard) was lukewarm at best, but thats fine I get they were a little busy but it showed my food was done for a while they just didnt bother to get it out to me till much later. Then I drank my half & half tea to find out it was unsweet, so I pressed the button to ask for a half & half tea. Before they answered my button press I had enough time to finish my first burger and move onto my 2nd. The 2nd burger was drenched in mayo even though on the reciept I asked for (easy mayo, easy ketchup) I tried wiping it off but even after doing so a couple of bites in and it was still inedible. At this point the button still wasnt answered, and I sat my 2nd, mayo drenched, burger to the side. Eventually they answered I explained I wanted a half & half tea w/ a cheeseburger (easy mayo & easy ketchup) and proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes for the correct order. When I got my order the tea was 1/2 & 1/2, but the burger was easy mayo & easy mustard (instead of easy mayo & easy ketchup). But thats fine im not picky when it comes to condiments so long as I can taste the burger so I ate it and it was okay. And bybthe time I left I had been stuck at that sonic for well over an hour just waiting for my food. All of this was not enough to make me write this review, even though I was tempted. The nail in the coffin was I had also ordered an Ultimate meat & cheese breakfast burrito to reheat and eat later. I just ate it and to my surprise not even that part of my order was correct, instead it was just a regular sausage egg & cheese breakfast burrito. Read moreI absolutely can't understand how this sonic is so amazing at messing up every single order they take! I said 3 times, "No mustard!" On my daughter's wacky pack burger. Get home, all the way back to Wyandotte, her burger was COVERED in mustard. Ordered her a milk, didn't get that either. I called and asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I told her about the milk and the mustard. She ARGUED with me that there was no mustard in it bc she made it herself. Said she handed me the order herself and the milk was there. Told me I could drive all the way back there and it was late. I didn't want to get the kids back out and drive all the way back. Went there again a few days ago.. stupidly. Only bc DQ was packed. Ordered a corn dog for my daughter. They gave her a hotdog. After sitting there and waiting on a wacky pack and a large vanilla and cream dr pepper for 35 minutes, I pushed the button again. No vanilla in the dr pepper, just ICE CREAM! They argued with me again that it should be a corn dog. Yeah, it should have but it was a plain hot dog. Nothing but a cold hotdog and a rock hard bun. 15 minutes later, they bring her a cold corn dog! If we want mustard on a burger we ask for mayo, and I kid you not.. they put mustard on it! Mother in law ordered a junior burger, they didn't even put a hamburger patty on it! After getting all the way back home! NO HAMBURGER PATTY! Just a bun, mustard and ketchup! I cant count the times my family and I have went thru the drive-in and get home to eat only to find out either they didnt make our order right, or forget part of the meal or in the food is not edible( ie rubberized chicken). Then when you call to tell them about it they try to act like they havent made that order . So then after you finally convince them by telling them the receipt number you get told they will remake your order but you have to get it within 3 days or its void. Which is fine but then when you go to get your replacement food you find out they didnt put your name down at all. So then only after you convince them you are telling them the truth do they remake your order. The other reason we are unhappy is very rarely do they mark your food.
