Really good ice cream, i love it, and I've been going there for a while. Lately, though service has been iffy. On my last visit, there was this older lady (Beth) at the front desk who seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. As i walked in the door, I was greeted with a rude. "Are you with the group outside?". Definitely did not feel welcoming. As i provided to place my order, i asked politely for a banana split. As i asked for my 3 flavors, "chocolate, strawberry, and banana," i was cut off with a ride and sassy. "we don't have banana ice cream. We have banana split ice cream." This place was my all-time go-to whenever i visited North Carolina. Now I feel like their might be better ice cream shops with better service...

Family owned and operated. Local strawberries and large variety of farm produce throughout the season. Main attraction is the season long peach crop with the accompanying jams and jellies and homemade peach icecream. The fresh, local sweet corn is another crop that brings customers from far and wide. This is the most well run, user friendly, outstanding example of our farm products roadside market I've visited. This family business has employed and funded the education of the children and grandchildren of the owners. High praise for this local institution and well worth the drive for the quality and variety of its products and the courtesy and appreciation of the family and staff for each...

So I drive past this place every day almost for work. Today was a short day so I decided to stop in after work. And omg I’m glad I did. First off the ladies at the counter were sweet, and patient with my indecisiveness. I had ask what their favorite flavors were (i went in there wanting one flavor but it changed after seeing the menu). I told them I was stuck between 2 strawberry and nana pudding. They gave me a sample of both and I went with the nana pudding. It was some of the smoothest, creamiest ice cream I had ever had put in my mouth . So glad I finally stopped.FYI there is a 3% charge for using card but I didn’t care. Will definitely have to stop again and try other flavors. This is the...

I'm not an ice cream eater, I've drove by this little shop for about 4 years now and have never stopped. I've heard people rave about the Ice cream. My wife decided to travel with me today and I finally stopped for her. She loved it. She said it was the best part of her trip, lol. The girls behind the counter were extremely friendly. I still didn't eat any, but my wife's reaction and comments definitely qualified for 5 stars and my review.
