Supposedly a great place but our experience was terrible. My wife ordered gluten free pasta and when it came out the penne had spaghetti mixed in with it. They don't have gluten free spaghetti. Our waitress Kim was very kind. Looks like they cooked the gluten free penne in the same water as their regular pasta. While we were waiting for the meal to come back out my wife tried to eat her side order of spinach only to find out it was ice cold. The meal came back out in less than five minutes which means all the kitchen did was remove the spaghetti and slide the meal onto a new plate. After speaking with the waiter and the hostess my wife was advised not to eat the meal as they could not guarantee it was gluten free. They offered us a thirty dollar gift certificate which we refused as they ( the kitchen staff) cannot be trusted. We will never eat there again. Someone in that kitchen doesn't care if they make people sick. KITCHEN STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. We also witnessed another couple having major issues and these were people who eat there often....
Read moreI've eaten here many times and have had great meals but last night was very disappointing. With three guests visiting, we were excited for an AwEsOmE evening. We had a reservation and called to say/ask if they could still accommodate us because we were running a little late...no problem. We arrived and were seated promptly in the very busy diningroom. We ordered and after 45 minutes of waiting for our meals, the server informed us that the kitchen was backed up and she would bring us more bread, which never happened. After another fifteen minutes, I went to speak to the manager/hostess. She was apologetic and assured us the meals would be out shortly. She never came over to check on us and our meals never came. We finally decided to leave, since the table next to us got food, changed over and the second group also got food. I will not say I won't be back but was very disappointed that we were not offered a drink or a salad, since four meals...
Read moreAs someone who was born in Italy and has a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, I had high expectations for this restaurant, especially since the owner is also Italian born. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. When dining with friends, we were served raw calamari and raw scallops, which is unacceptable.
The owner should have removed the uneaten scallops from the bill. I gave three stars for atmosphere because the live entertainment was enjoyable!
While my pasta dish was flavorful, the portion was disappointingly small, and the prices were exorbitant. To make matters worse, I had informed the owner that we were celebrating a birthday, and I was surprised to be charged $15 for a slice of cake. A simple complimentary dessert would have gone a long way in celebrating the occasion.
Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the high cost, and the food, unfortunately, did not meet the standards I anticipated. Will not be...
