One Star – Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience at this place. The atmosphere initially seemed promising, but the night quickly took a turn.

The food was mediocre at best—bland, overpriced, and definitely not worth the wait. Service was slow and inattentive, even though the place wasn’t particularly busy.

What really disturbed me, though, was the behavior of the owner Jim or Jimmy??Throughout the evening, he was noticeably inappropriate with several female guests—making uninvited comments, hovering too close, and creating an overall uncomfortable vibe. It wasn't just me who noticed; I saw multiple women exchanging uneasy looks and clearly trying to avoid him.

It's incredibly disappointing when a night out is overshadowed by unprofessional and creepy behavior from someone who's supposed to be running the place. Until there are serious changes in management and conduct, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone,...

This place either doesn’t know food or they can’t own up to their mistake. Ordered an Italian beef sandwich through door dash, arrived with no au jus dip for the sandwich.

Called, the lady told me that’s NOT a normal thing they include with the sandwich. Which is weird because when I ate there in person, it automatically came out with the dip like ANY Italian beef sandwich would. AND IT SAYS ON THEIR MENU IT IS SERVED WITH AU JUS GRAVY Who is going to sit there and eat some dry sandwich without au jus dip?

Way to owe up to your mistakes, and miserably fail to train your staff, on what’s clearly labeled on your menu.

Great environment and awesome employees. Not sure why anyone is saying the service is bad. Every worker is super nice and gets to you as quick as they can. This place has so much potential, I'd say maybe the bedrocks competitor. Great deals on drinks ! Never had the food so I have no say. Love the darts and all the TV, hopefully you guys can get more pool tables and you could bring in guys that want to play tournaments, that would be great for the place.
