Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seymour

Typically I go to this Dunkin on my way to my overnight shifts on the weekends. So tonight was my first night going this week. I ordered a ice caramel latte w/whipped cream and skim milk. I should have known something was wrong because before I said skim milk or whip cream the lady seemed confused and told me to drive around way before asking how I would want the latte. So I stated how I wanted it after interrupting her. Once I received my 5$ latte I could clearly see it wasn’t right. For one it didn’t have whipped cream on it. And the mixture was clearly separated. So I explained that there was no whipped cream so she went back and added some with a slight attitude. Then I pulled up a little and tasted it. I had to spit it out quickly. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted from there. I’m sorry I don’t know how hard it is to make coffee. However it can’t be that complicated. Never have I had a latte so disgusting in all my time going to Dunkin’ and this was awful. Never again will I go to this Dunkin. If I could attach the picture of the coffee I would. I am so fed up with this Dunkin. I have placed the same order multiple times and every time they get it wrong. I see the ticket and the order it always placed in the system correctly but whoever makes sandwiches clearly can't read. Now I've worked for this place and not only was the work experience toxic but as a customer it's worse. Manager Kathy is rude and when I complained she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me asking me what's wrong like you can't see what I was handed and how completely wrong it was. Just an example I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a cin raisin bagel toasted with butter and add bacon. Ok what I got was a bagel barely toasted and I'm pretty sure the entire container of butter. This place is a joke and management needs some work. I have been going here for years and today was my first bad experience. I bought bagels with cream cheese - they were unlike any other bagels I have bought there before - they were more like bread than a bagel. The taste wasn't bad - HOWEVER, there was MOLD on the bagel. I contacted the manager, not to get a refund, but to alert her to the problem so she could check the remaining bagels. I told her the problem and she insisted it was impossible, I was mistaken and there was no way that could happen. Arguing with me and basically telling me I was lying? Very rude to me!!
