While I was there getting my regular drink that I’ve gotten everyday normally they told me they were out of Splenda which in my opinion should always be on hand due to may peoples diets, they also informed me that they were out of the strawberry dragon fruit juice and that they wouldn’t have it all week because they didn’t get enough in that week and they were sorry, and at the same time it was only two employees at the time when they are alway supposed to have a manager on duty and Atleast two to three employees on at a time in any fast food industry, and the employees that they had on at the time were alone even though they legally aren’t allowed to be alone and Even while working through a rush ON THEIR OWN, they have great spirits with the customers and didn’t let their attitude effect how they treat people and I myself am giving the employees a five star review for David and the other employee who I didn’t catch her name but was still a delight and I had a great experience with his...

This rating is only a one star because it does not allow me to give zero stars. I have unfortunately continued to come to this Dunkin due it's location convience. This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to in my life. I have sadly come to expect they will get at least one part of my order wrong on every single trip. Over the course of several months I have trained myself to order extremely slow as if I was talking to a small child in an attempt to at least steer them towards giving me what I actually ordered. Sadly nothing seems to work. I am done with this location. If you're content with simply getting a blind Dunkin grab bag from the menu, by all means continue to go to this place, but if you enjoy eating what you actually ordered keep on driving...

I’m so bummed. Used to be my go to until they got a crew full of new employees. One of them is extremely rude and talked to the person in front of me for 5 minutes after the lady got her order. They used to have the best frozen coffees, but they don’t know how to make them anymore either. This frozen coffee has no cream in it and looks like a medium put into a large cup. I’m so frustrated. I thought it was a fluke the first time this happened, but it happened again. Not only that, but having to wait 20 min in the drive thru 9 times out of 10. So over it.
