Boon Choo Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Sharon

What you see in pictures is not what you get…. This place is the ultimate catfish. I don’t know where people are giving the 5 stars but this place ain’t it….. I was so excited to see this booming new Thai place nearby and with the god reviews and juicy photos everything looked spot on…..

The bang bang wings we received did not have the sauce cooked in it. It was over fried bland chicken wings…. The spare ribs had didn’t have sauce on it like you see or what people post.

I live and die by pad thais so I know when I see a good one… but again deceived. The Pad Thai they use dry noodles not fresh and I asked for extra sauce but unfortunately didn’t even get it. The only taste that it had was the Smokey flavor from the wok stir fry. Other than that it was the blandest thing ever.

The Tom yum hot pot they used dead and most definitely NOT fresh prawn. The shell of the head prawn was black…. again this was also bland with just spicy flavoring.

These reviews seem like they’re from friends or paid for…. Please save your money for how expensive this place is for...

Boon Choo in Sharon, MA, is excellent for Thai food and cocktails! We heard about it from a bartender at Clementine's in Providence so we decided to check it out! The restaurant is small and cozy, with close seating to each-other that adds to the intimate vibe. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus.

The food was absolutely delicious! We started with the Siam Wings, which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, especially with the dipping sauce. The Khao Soi soup was rich and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken. The Thai Basil Pad Kra Pow was a standout--a classic that did not miss. The egg on top was perfectly fried.

The cocktails were another highlight--balanced, creative, and just as good as the food. The staff were super friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations that made our experience even better.

Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and can't wait to return to try more of the menu. Highly recommend Boon Choo for anyone looking for amazing Thai...

From food truck to restaurant, I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of Boon Choo, and it exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Pad See Ew and Green Curry were absolutely phenomenal—each bite was an explosion of flavor that left me craving more. The Black Rice Custard was a delightful treat, providing the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant was hopping on this Saturday night!
