Hometown Homemade Pizza — Restaurant in Sharpsville

This rating has nothing to do with their food, it has to do with a phone call I heard from Ken (owner)to a customer for not picking up their pizza and for not calling to explain why. Ken, shame on you! You are a grown adult and a business owner, I understand you got stuck with a pizza and had to waste ingredients and what not but to call a customer and talk the way you did is inexcusable PERIOD! You have no idea if that customer was dealing with an emergency or anything else more important than picking up a pizza. “Y’all think your entitled!” Like who exactly is “Y’all” and who gives you a right to talk to people like that? This is definitely poor customer service and I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back for a pizza again…in fact I’m pretty sure you’ll be losing a few customers after this one. If you want quality pizza, that is quality made from a quality establishment. This is your place. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and they have absolutely perfected the recipe. Not only is it amazing pizza but you are buying local and keeping local businesses afloat. I highly recommend this pizza to anybody who wants to try a superb pizza done correctly. The crust is delicious! The sauce is perfect! I will support our local businesses in the process. You will be given a product that supersedes your expectations. I've always had a good experience with my orders here. The staff is courteous and process orders in an efficient and accurate manner. This is definitely a place that makes it easy to want to support local businesses with quality food and prices that you can't beat.
