Food tastes like air freshener.
Update at the request of the owner: I was there on 8/14. I got the quesadilla. The tortilla near the edges where there wasn't a large quantity of meat/cheese tasted noticably like air freshener (most likely from a car). My girlfriend got the chicken enchiladas. You could taste the air freshener on the rice. But not on the other stuff.
Additional update: I'm not tasting herbs. And I'm not suggesting you're using air freshener in your food. I'm suggesting that you have food items that are prone to taking on flavor from their surroundings, like tortillas or rice, stored in places too near air freshener. Like if you have one in the kitchen at the restaurant or if you have one in the car you use to transport your food to the restaurant.
What happened isn't abnormal. It's altogether too common unfortunately. Flavors and smells leach from things onto other things. I've purchased food from the grocery store that smelled/tasted like cleaner or air freshener. It may be that it didn't even come from you. Maybe a bag of rice or tortillas from the store was had the smell on it. I have visited your restaurant more than once and I didn't notice the issue previously.
