All the flavors are there! We chose to sit at the bar and have small plates with a couple drinks. The service was fantastic and attentive by multiple employees. We ordered the carrots, scallops and crab egg rolls. Everything was phenomenal. This reminds us a lot of the Idlewile Inn which has been closed for some time and we miss dearly. Many people questioned the prices. The prices match the flavors. For many, this is a place to dine for special occasions. The menu, flavors and atmosphere are unique to this area. Give this place a shot, I do not think you be disappointed. We cannot wait to come back. Don't be turned away by a nearly full parking lot. We went at around 6 on a Saturday night and walked right up to the bar. There is plenty of seating away from the bar as well. It was our first time coming here and Michael did an amazing job welcoming us in, showing off the menu and telling us what was special about the place. To start we tried the clam chowder which is probably one of the best I have had, the ribeye and filet were both cooked to a perfect medium rare. The truffle fries are definitely big enough for 2-3 people, seasoned well with a nice aioli to go with it. I’m not sure if the desert changes but they had a mint chocolate chip crème brulee which tastes just like an Andes candy! $50 a steak has to be much better than just okay. We ordered 3 steaks, none of which were done to specs. Everything is ala carte which makes for a strange experience. No bread and special butter, no salad, just a plain, and quite small steak in the middle of the plate. Sides are separate cost. I had the cauliflower which was quite good. In spite of being one of the first diners of the afternoon, it was so loud I couldn't hear the waitress talk. We ordered 2 drinks which didn't come.
