Starbucks — Restaurant in Shelby

My review isn't reflective of the food or drinks, as we left once we witnessed the following. As we approached, we saw a young girl (maybe 10 years old) walk up to the "pick up" counter with a question. The Starbucks employee loudly said "you'll have to get in line". The girl walked about 15 feet to the woman she was with, likely her mother. Next, the barista yells out asking the mother what she said. The mother said she hadn't said anything. The barista then said "it was the way you was lookin'". UNBELIEVABLE treatment of anyone, but particularly a customer of the business who employees you! My husband and I walked out. This Starbucks is incredibly frustrating. Depending on the person working their refill policy is constantly changing. One woman won’t give you free refills at all, a few people will always give you free refills, and this lady today told me that only certain drinks get free refills. Somebody needs to decide what they want their refill policy to be and then have everyone else stick to it. Beyond frustrating to me. Also if you get a refresher just expect to pay $5 for a cup of ice and a minute’s worth of a drink. Not...

I have been ordering a grande, pink drink, light ice since they came out with it. I have never been up charged for light ice. Going from an almost 5.00 drink to a 7.00 drink.
