I have food allergies so I needed staff to use a clean knife to cut my sub. The girl scraped it off on edge of counter & said it was clean. It still had remnants of previous customers sub. I also asked for sweet onion dressing. She put sweet onion teriyaki on it. I can't eat teriyaki. Then she said they could make me a sub with another dressing but I would have to pay for it. The staff also argued with me that they never had sweet onion dressing. They said they always had s.o.teriyaki, that's a lie bc I had always gotten plain sweet onion in there before.
