Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Shepherd

Read all these post. Very true. This is probably the worse sonic you could ever go to. Its not the sonic thats the problem its the manager and the day time cook. The waitresses are nice and helpful. The staff would smoke in the bathroom, the staff parks there vehicles in the stalls where you order food closes to the bathroom or accross the way ordering stalls. There is employee parking but they dont park there. The day time cook cant cut a grill cheese sandwich in half no matter how many times you ask in the ordering microphone, or at the window, or the staff. You have to open up your bag pull it out hand it to them un-opened then they cutt it for you. Asked them this more then 30 times still doesn't change the cook still doesnt cut it. I have babies that need there sandwiches cut other wise i wouldn't care. All other sonics cut there sandwiches with out even asking. The shepherd location has a problem with there ordering of regular coke. Runs out all the time and they have to order more from there supplier but have to wait for them to get coke in. They act like its the machine but what it is they forgot to order coke again. They have tried to pass off diet coke for coke one time. They have done some shady things up there and I have called in many complaints to corp. Office. BUT THE SAME MANAGER IS THERE RUNNING...

SONIC needs to hire someone who can get an order right today. Ordered Cherry Limeade, Sweet Tea, and Yellow Cake Batter Shake. Screen had Strawberry Limeade, Rt 43 Dr Pepper, and the shake. When we got that corrected we got an Unsweet Tea, cherry Limeade, and a Strawberry Shake. Sent shake back and got a banana shake. Sent it back, gave up and asked for a sweet tea. Got an Unsweet Tea. I walked inside and the girl argued that the tea was sweet. After finally calling up.someone to taste it they discovered that it was UNSWEET tea in the sweet tea container. So after paying for a shake and settling for a tea with no offer of a refund we let. I'm over it. I HATE Shepherd sonic. The poor boy delivering orders is probably catching the heat for all their screw ups today. He's the only one doing a good job as far...

I was so excited to revisit this Sonic after our last trip because it was so good the last time and BOY was I disappointed…. Couldn’t even put in an order because the girl on the speaker kept repeatedly putting in the wrong thing even though we kept repeatedly saying “a number 7” and reiterating we wanted the foot long chili cheese coney and she asked “American?” So we again said “No, a chili cheese foot long coney, a number 7.” and then she put it in as a 6 inch coney and we were so frustrated having to repeat ourselves and her not listening at that point so we just left. I have never experienced anything that insane. We were very clear and there was zero reason for confusion we said the number and what the specific item was. We won’t be going to this Sonic again. I’d give zero...
