Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sheridan

Hey just wanted to say that they have very good ice cream, They also have a freezer inside there where you can get dilly bars, and i believe ice cream cake but you have to go inside to find the freezer for the ice cream cake its by the seats. I would recommend getting the Mint Oreo blizzard and maybe even the dilly bars. Twin kiss is way cheaper, But Dairy Queen has more stuff on the menu. Dairy Queen has good ice cream but so does Twin kiss. Dairy queen is almost always open, but twin kiss is open only during the summer i believe.

RUDE! Customer service is NOT a strength at this DQ neither is their pricing! Went to drive thru and order 2 tenders and a small cone! Order came out to $8.80+ (don’t remember the change). I said, how much are the two tenders it was like 4.50 I said how much is a small cone? She said 3.70 something. I said to myself I’m not paying $9.00 for just that so I ask WHILE STILL AT THE SPEAKER… please remove the tenders and I will just take the cone. She stated “she couldn’t hear me” and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the windows told her, Remove the tenders and just charge me for the cone THAT WAS ALREADY IN HER HAND! (Weird) (from the time I made it from the speaker to the window it was made??? NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF ME!) she said I already made the order! I replied, you made my tenders that fast? I just drove literally 4seconds from the speaker to the window. I said, take it off and charge me for the cone. She repeated , I already made the order. I said okay, change it. She looked at me. Sighed, rolled her eyes… I said you know what… KEEP everything. I will never come back here! Your prices are higher than everyone else anyway! I have never gone back! I don’t have to deal with poor customer service! They will never see a penny of my money!!

How can you be Rude AND overpriced??? Those two things don’t match!!!

Two tenders from the DQ in was Westfield is about $3.00...

First off.....You over charged us by $13.13 Second off you handed us our sundaes without lids and made us park and wait for our food and our ice cream melted. 3rd you only gave me 7 onion rings in a large plus you even up-charged me $2.39 for the onion rings. And you charged me a $1.00 for my drink plus you charged me almost $8 for chili cheese dog combo. Do you really think I wouldn't check at a different location? Shame on you for trying to nickel and dime me.

Since y'all took over this DQ you haven't been very productive to this town and you over charge, make ppl pull up and wait and let ice cream melt with NO LIDS. Shame on you! Either get it together and STOP OVER CHARGING ppl or I will report your business and I might just do that with overcharging my family and friends and community and not giving out proper portions sizes. You skimp on food and over charge. Which is B.S! 7 freaking onion rings in a large 7 are you kidding me! Y'all...
