Mill Creek Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sheridan

We were the only table in the restaurant. The waitress took our order quickly after that, completely disappeared. Never even got a fork for my meal. No drink refills. We had to keep calling into the waitress station to ask for things like water or ranch or just anything. The kitchen ran out of our kids meals and when we asked if they had chicken strips, she said no. When I asked what chicken was put on the crispy chicken sandwich she said breaded chicken. We then asked if it was frozen chicken breast or hand breaded (which we knew it wasn't). She just kept saying its breaded chicken and offered absolutely no help. Made an order for takeout. Just a bacon cheeseburger and a chef salad. Person on the phone told me it would be a 15 minute wait. I got there in 20 to give them some extra time. Walked in and the order wasn’t ready- not a big deal. Bartender said it wouldn’t be much longer. I sat and waited at the bar for 25 minutes for my order. Didn’t seem very busy, but I get it. I finally receive my order and the bartender has zero courtesy. Not a thank you, sorry for the wait, or a have a good night. A very unpleasing experience, and the chef salad was subpar at best for it taking 40 minutes. In the future I hope the service...
