Was so excited to order from this place because I had heard great things. I looked at the menu online and ordered 2 orders of STUFFED breadsticks, 20 wings, an Italian sub, enough ranch for 20 wings, and garlic butter for the STUFFED breadsticks. I got home and I had 17 wings, my sub, 2 orders of REGULAR breadsticks, no garlic butter and 2 small containers of ranch. I called in to let them know about the mishap and the manager said they don't have stuffed breadsticks and that there wasn't anything she could do about them, but she would give me a refund on the garlic butter. I was very clear on the phone that I wanted STUFFED breadsticks. Its not my fault the person on the phone wasn't listening to what I was ordering and didn't let me know then. Also when I arrived about 20 minutes later I went in to pay and they hadn't even started on my order so I had to wait on it. This place really drops the ball with placing your order, getting your order correct, and don't waste your time calling in to speak with the manager because they don't care and will tell you there is nothing they can do for you. This place is ran by children and it shows. The so called hot wings are slimy and just smothered in Frank's red hot. There's nothing special about this place. The employees don't care and it shows. Please don't eat here you will regret it. I am afraid to see how they managed to mess up my italian sub. I'll post more...
Read moreAs someone who lived in Ohio for several years, I am a loyal East of Chicago fan. I was probably happier than most when I heard they were coming to Shinnston. The very first time I ordered, everything was great. The taco pizza from this chain is stellar, if made correctly, and its not that difficult. Unfortunately, last night was my last time ordering there ever. There's always the same guy there who clearly hates his job, and I'm assuming he cooks. The taco pizza is supposed to have shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, onions, black olives. The last two times I've ordered it, the lettuce and tomatoes were huge, cut for a salad. You can't eat that on a pizza without losing everything. I asked for no black olives, and it was printed on the order ticket, yet I had to pick off a handful of olives. And there were no onions on it. And as far as getting the orders out the door correctly, they have my phone number linked to someone else and surprisingly, we have the same last name but when we went in to get it, the same unhappy guy behind the counter says "I think its that one right there." He didn't even hand it to us!!! I give every place multiple chances, but EoC has gotten the last of my business. And thats sad because I drive 25 minutes one way to get it because it could be the best...
Read moreKeep in mind I NEVER leave bad reviews, I just don’t leave any. I don’t even want to leave the one star either. This place is terrible! Against my better judgement I ordered again only for them to get my order wrong for the SIXTH time. Like come on!! I keep giving you chances to redeem yourself and I’m not talking like forgot to add peppers wrong...completely wrong pizza. I asked for a refund and the manager, I believe Anthony, comes up and voids my transaction and doesn’t as much as say I’m sorry, how can we make it right...literally he says here’s the receipt where we voided the transaction. He did replace my $5 coupon that I had used(only because I asked) from them getting my last order wrong...oh and he added an extra $5 coupon. Like hello I can’t even use this because you can’t ever get it right. Too bad they don’t provide a punch card..after 6 times of getting your order wrong..you get a free pizza! Just a thought. Had the manager have cared at all it might have made it a little better experience. It’s pretty bad when McDonald’s is the better option in town. They have completely lost my business at this point and I will be passing the...
