Craved BBQ in my local area. Never tried this spot. I was highly disappointed. Wanted to eat in... Not.. The table and chairs were stacked in the dark corner. Resturant was dark a gloomy. Was not sure if they were open. We tried to order the lemonads. Told they were out. Okay. Ordered a sausage link told were out. Okay again. They were out of several things. The two young men working seemed not to be apologetic about being out of items. 101 of customer service if you appogize for being out of items, the customer may return. Nope they didnt care. Order rib dinner mac an green beans, other leg quarter with mac baked beans. Save your money. Ribs tasted old and chicken was dry, mac was basic baked beans runny . I was looking for a little twist on the side items. However the sides were basic as you can cook at home... Will...

The food was delicious. I purchased a small rib tip dinner with two sides and a drink. The price was only moderately expensive however, the food was well worth the price. The rib tips were "fall off the bone" tender and I liked the option offered of either hot or mild sauce for the tips. The gentleman who took my order was very polite, courteous, and helpful. I couldn't decide if I wanted hot or mild sauce considering this visit was my first time eating at this establishment so the gentleman included a sample of the hot sauce to take home and try. Also... Mack Bros BBQ serves the best cornbread salad, which was a very pleasant first for me also. I will definitely eat here again and would recommend this establishment to anyone who...

The ribs were great! The spicy sauce was excellent. The potato salad has mustard. If you don't like that, you won't like this. If you like the mustard flavor, you'll like this. Now as for the customer service, it wasn't great. Too many times the cashier just walked away from the middle of our order without an explanation just to bag items or attend to another customer. They accept credit cards . I wouldn't say this was a place you'd sit down and eat. The tables and chairs were more for waiting for your order.
