I placed an order to go over the phone so when I went to pick up my order I told the lady that I had ordered two order of fries and she only gave me one so I told her if she hasn't charge me for the second one to do so, she just stood there arguing with me about how I only paid for one, she wasn't making any sense at all, so I had to break down for her I told her to give another order of fries and I'll pay for it right now and so she did after arguing with her for 5min I get to my office and when I opened my bag this is what she gave me. Don't get me wrong the food is great there but they have poor customer service if she doesn't like her job then maybe she shouldn't be working there.

Got two of the 2 meat plate. Costed about $35 total. Food was great. Brisket and ribs were super juicy. The only thing was the chicken wasn’t really my cup of tea but still good and juicy. Lots of food for the price. I’d come back again. We got leg quarter chicken, brisket, ribs, baked beans, potato salad, and Cole slaw. My favorite were the ribs and brisket and baked beans. Nice cozy place with 4 tables to dine in too. Staff was very nice and courteous, brought the food out to us. They also have a small gambling place tucked in here

I had the two meat plate with potato salad and bbq beans. The sausage was good with the extra sauce, but the brisket was dry. Others had the chicken, which was seasoned well and tender. One's hamburger was burnt a bit, but they liked their fries. The potato salad was not overly dressed but the coleslaw was and too sweet. The chopped sandwich has mixed reviews. Husband and I say it tastes like Sloppy Joe - and I'll add, today's at least tasted old. Daughter says she loves it. I would go back with her to have a sausage sandwich.

Upon arrival the cashier had a slight attitude. Once I got my food (6 ribs with 2 sides) half way through the 2nd rib I noticed there was a blond hair (cashiers) under the other ribs. When I took my food back up to the counter they both (the cook and cashier) had a nasty attitude because they couldn't see said hair! Luckily there was another customer standing there waiting on his food who saw the hair as well. The cook went as far as to ask me to remove the hair. When I wouldn't remove it the male customer did! The cook threw the plate in the trash and remade my order. The food was delicious, but the customer service was horrible! If the customer service issues are fixed I’d definitely consider returning...

I had high hopes for Jack’s. I went for lunch during the week. The parking lot was full which further increased my excitement at hopefully finding an amazing local restaurant. I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a brisket sandwich and added the combo deal including 2 sides and a drink. They told me they were out of brisket then decided to look in the back for more. They found some and gave me my sandwich. It was a bunch of fat with very little meat. It actually nauseated me looking at it. There was almost no flavor to the sandwich, the sides nor the sauce.
