Today I pulled into stall and pushed the red button because I already knew what I wanted and plus I only had a 30 min break. I waited for a reply as I’m aware sometimes it may get busy.Ten minutes passed and no reply. Two others pulled into stalls next to me and got an instant reply so I thought maybe this intercom isn’t working after sitting an additional ten more minutes. So I pulled into another stall and the same exact thing no reply. At that time the Owner walks out to interview this guy. I asked him “excuse me I don’t think certain stalls are working.” He replies “It’s not working because you keep switching stalls but ok”, and keeps walking.So he goes inside and come on the intercom I’m at asking for my order sarcastically. I wanted to leave but was pressed for time.I made my order and asked could he come out and speak to me.I explained to him that I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble, I only wanted to order. He goes on to tell me he’s the owner and that I should have stayed in the first stall after I kept saying no one replied to me in either stall. At that point I knew I wouldn’t ever spend my money there again. It was an awful experience.I told him Im just shocked I was being talked to like that and he told me well Im sorry you’re shocked....

He to busy trying to say he new manager but has been at this location long enough to not say he is new leadership. The drink continue to waste and was thrown from my car. Because I did not feel comfortable to exit my vehicle with a "new" over ego tripping guy to go to the trash. I wanted a refund but you threw the drink. Horrible tackful leadership. This location has a lack of leadership and he cannot control the disrespect to the customers that have been coming here for years, when he was probably not even born yet. Very disrespectful and I will inform all my customers do not come here and visit the new restaurants in that area.Leadership is a horrible, uneducated on customer service and a disgrace...
Read moreI am visiting from another state and I stopped in to get a small blast and a drink, unfortunately the ice cream machine was down and apparently the system. I seen them have to turn away business because of this, some of the customers were rude and annoyed, but the car hop kept his composure and was very polite. I can't remember what his name was but he wore skates and was a short colored man. He was the only carhop I seen and the business appeared to be very short handed. The carhop was very apologetic and refunded my money from ordering on the app. I sat in my car for a few minutes taking care of some business before hitting the road again and googling the next nearest sonic, when the carhop came out and brought me my drink.
