The Famdation Grill — Restaurant in Shreveport

If I could give this place less than a one star I would. I ordered an item that was clearly stated on their menu as a hot dog with rotel dip on it. After checking my door dash order it's was correct therefore I called the restaurant and inform the person whom answered the phone which turned out to be the owner Carolyn that my order was not correct. With the most nastiest attitude, poor customer service, unprofessional tone ever known to man I was told they do not put rotel on the hot dogs anymore and that it's not supposed to be on their website. At that time I explained that I would never have ordered the item as just an hotdog. I was rudely told well people do. I explained that I wasn't that type of customer. I was never given an opportunity to have the order corrected, refunded, no apology given and no wrong was made right!! POOR SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!!...

Trust me when I say the quality of the food here will BLOW YOU AWAY. My coworkers and I tried this place after one of them recommended it and I think we'll be adding it to our rotation of local lunch places. I personally tried the burger and the rotel fries, both of which were amazing. The honey bun cake was also to die for. If you're looking for excellent burgers, wings, patty melts, and other comfort food in Shreveport, this is one of THE places to go. The delivery was very fast and the food was still hot and delicious when it arrived. It's also very accurate compared to the food pictures you see on DoorDash and other platforms. I have eaten at The Famdation Grill a few times now. I love the flavor of EVERYTHING that I have ordered. The Granny Thai egg rolls are delicious. The fried catfish and fried shrimp are marvelous. Those Rotel Fries…🤤I honestly have only one gripe about what I ordered the other day. As I said earlier, all the flavors are amazing. But the description of The Famous Rotel Bigdog combo is the reason I ordered it and I was disappointed that the dogs were not big hot dogs.
